Tim Raue ist in der Gastronomiewelt eine weltbekannte Größe. Raue zählt zu den jüngsten Köche mit Weltklasse. Karriere hat er im Swiss Hotel in Berlin und Singapur gemacht. Dabei war Kochen eine Leidenschaft, die er erst sehr spät entdeckte. In seiner Jugend hatte Raue wenig Perspektiven. Als einziger Deutscher in der Kreuzberger Bande "36 Boys" kam er oft mit der Justiz in Konflikt. Zu seinen "Homies" zählten Kreuzberger wie Kool Savas, der today as a gangsta rapper makes his way.
